Case "Caribou Skinner" First one made, W/Letter

This was sold to me by Ralph Scruton JR, Ralph had bought from Jack Cummiskey Jr, his collection of Case knives , Jack was Vice President of Manufacturing for 
 W.R.Case & Sons, This Caribou Skinner was a Prototype made with a Blade attached, from a Case Muskrat knife, it was the first one made, as an experiment, and kept by Jack Cummiskey as a memoir . It is basically Mint orig condition, never used by me, to take care of  any of my various Caribou trophys ! I was always afraid I woulkd lose it in my weeks of Hunting in Canada & Newfoundland !! Letter states that This "Caribou Skinner" was the first one made, this one with Macarta Handles and Muskrat  Blade!   this was the first, and design was changed for production ? Letter is dated  May 19th 97 ! This is the "First one made" by Case !  This Mint condition Case is  all by itself as a collector item for case collectors, it is time for other people to enjoy it ! (FREE SHIPPING) There is a shadow in some pics of my Typhany lamp above my table where I take pics, shiny blades act like mirrors, ignore those images please, as you can see Blades are mint condition !
