Description:
A pair of rebounding hammer locks made by Stanton & Co. in 1885 or so. Both locks are in excellent condition with minimal use. They are marked on the inside with the Stanton name patent and have "H. Adkin" engraved on the outside along with 80% tight English scroll. Henry Adkin was a gunmaker in Guildford, England and worked from about 1880 until the early 20th century. These locks will make a great additions to your collection and a nice display set. They both have a lot of the original color case hardening remaining so they show nicely.
