Description: This is an unopened box of WW2 era original .30 M1 Tracer Ammunition. 20 Cartridges in the original box. Lot numbered 18053 by the Twin Cities Ordnance Plant. Label is still intact and sealed. Covered in a clear plastic wrapping to preserve the condition. Free Shipping Is Included. The Twin Cities Ordnance Plant was a "2nd Wave" plant operated by the Federal Cartridge Corporation and set up to produce both .30 and .50 caliber ammunition. First production started during February 1942, and was closed during August 1945. Total World War II production exceeded 4 billion rounds, with 2.2 billion being .30 Caliber. The Twin Cities Ordnance Plant label has the unique WWII yellow and green stripes, which identified the contents as Tracer ammunition, and a hand-stamped lot number.
