Scarce Canadian 1960's Gevelot 22 LR Ammo Full Box Made in Mexico
Description:
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .22 LR ammunition manufactured in Mexico for Gevelot of Canada with hollow point bullets as part of the 2nd issues. A short lived business that lasted about 10 years in the 1960's into the early 1970's. The one piece blue, red and gold box has excellent crisp graphics showing only a slight side crush. The cartridges are in excellent condition. Identified as GG-2 LR-2(b) in Roger Huegel's online .22 Rim Fire Box ID Reference based on the original Dunn classification system.
