This is a US M6 Bayonet made by the Imperial Knife Company whom had the government contract from 1962-63 and 1967-68. This example is in very good condition with some signs of use, no real imperfection on the main blade side of the 6 ¾" sharpened edged blade, light oxidation and an unaltered fine point. The handle, guard and pommel are is nice condition and fully functional with light oxidation, the guard has the defense acceptance stamp. It comes with a correct M8A1 scabbard which is also in very good original condition.
