Randall Made Knives Model # 12-8" Bear Bowie "Grizzly Bear" Carving by Paul G. Grussenmeyer 1994 Production
Description: Randall Model # 12-8" Bear Bowie from 440-B stainless steel stock, double brass guard with forward curve, matching brass and black spacers. Astonishing carving of a "GRIZZLY BEAR" by master carver Paul G. Grussenmeyer, two large rubies eyes, selected India Sambar crown stag handle, original leather scabbard with sharpening stone. Part of only four Randall Bear Bowies that were carved by this renowned worldwide artist,(see photo # 1), the Bear Bowie "Grizzly" model can be seen from top to bottom in the third position..This is an exceptional carving. Gary T. Randall commissioned Grussenmeyer to carve 25 Randall Made Knives which were done between 1991-1995. I personally rate this model has being the second most beautiful, complicated and detailed carving Grussenmeyer has ever done on any Randall Made Knives, right behind a carving on another Randall Bear Bowie with a "TIMBER WOLF." theme. .Sold "AS IS." All sales are final. No return-no exchange. Free shipping USPS with tracking # and signature required.1994 production. I do not engage in any type of trade.Thank you for looking. Collector's edition numbered book on Paul G. Grussenmeyer is included in the sale, since photo # 8, as this knife is the most expensive Randall knife that was carved by this artist. SOLD |
