Polish RADOM P35 1935 9MM 8RD MAGAZINE
Description: RADOM P35 1935 9MM 8RD MAGAZINE ORIGIN – POLAND CALIBER – 9mm PARABELLUM WEIGHT – 36 OZ. OVERALL LENGTH – 7.8? LENGTH OF MAGAZINE – 4.58? A pistol of basic Browning design developed in the early 1930s by FN and Polish engineers. First made in Poland in 1936, later under German supervision in Poland and under German supervision by Steyr Daimler Puch in Austria. These pistols have the code letters BNZ. Standard Polish service weapon until 1948, it was also used as a substitute German military pistol. The pistols were originally well machined and fit, but those made under German supervision, particularly in the Polish arsenal, diminished in machining and finish as WW II progressed. The latest manufactured had no slide lock and were poorly finished. Some models had lanyard loops and some were cut for shoulder stocks. Though the pistol appears similar to the Colt 1911, there are many design differences.
