Description: A rare and desirable map of North America that was surveyed in 1811 by the well known artist/engraver John Cary. Engraved and printed in London April 28, 1812. This original early 19th century map is in excellent condition with no damage or fading, no tears or repairs of any kind. Shows great detail of all the historic places in the United States at that time. The actual map measures 20 1/2 inches wide and 18 inches tall not including the margins or frame.
