Canvasback Decoy

Description:
Canvasback duck decoy from Detroit. Glass eyes, large flat bottomed. Hunter overpaint, carver unknown. Simple black paint job on body. Has an interesting shape with very round back and well made head. Would display nicely in a rustic home, mountain or lake cabin, or as an accent piece in a modern home. Would also make a great addition to a hunting, sporting, or decoy collection. Early 20th century.
