The nickel badge is approximately 2 5/8" in diameter. Railway Express Agency, Inc. was organized in March 1, 1929 when 86 railroads took over the American Railway Express Company. (the badge is at least 96 years old) Vertical pin with drop in locking catch. I rate it 8+ (Excellent): The badge shows minor wear and patina and is marked Meyer & Wenthe Chicago on reverse. Also included are the 5 Railway Express tags.
