 N. S. Meyer Model 1902 Dress Sword  Description: 28-1/2" blade. Right side is marked "N. S. Meyer Inc". Left side has N. S. Meyer Shield trademark over marking "Trade/Challenger/Mark/N.S. Meyer/Stainless/West Germany". Rear 16" portion of blade has ornamental etching. Gold finished right side has "ROTC" & "Virginia Polytechnic Institute" markings with "1872" date. Left side is dated "1966" forward of name "John R. Grant". Etched spine has inscription "THAT WE MAY SERVE". Plated steel guard with black composite finger groove grip. Plated metal scabboard shows spots of freckling & finish loss. Handle shows handling marks. Guard plated is dull showing spots of finish loss. Blade has very good finish. Priority mail $15.00.
