Description:
This fitted the Mauser Gewehr 98 b which was one of the standard German infantry rifle. S185 is the manufacturers code for Elite Diamante. Early 1936 model marked S/185 on one side and 7779 over i on other side plus 36 on blade spine. The non sharpened blade is in great condition with 95% bluing with wear at the unaltered tip. The handle has no cracks, many bumps from storage and are a deep brown color without a flashguard. The scabbard is coded 4526, it is in fine shape with 90% of its bluing. Shows wear only at the top where frog rests, only one slight dent.;
