"U.S. Model 1860 Cavalry Saber C. Roby (SW1469)

"

U.S. Model 1860 cavalry saber by C. Roby in poor condition. Ricasso is marked ""C. Roby"" over ""W. Chlemsford Mass"", opposite side is marked ""US 1865 A.G.M."". Blade has been cleaned of all oxidation with stanning noted. Leather is poor with wire wrap missing. Scabbard shows heavy usage and handling. One of the rings has been broken off.
