An Early & Scarce 1830,s Eagle Head Navy Officers Sword In Fine Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The blade on the sword is excellent throughout with most of all the original blue & gold finish on it. The heavy Eagle Head pomel & guard are fine throughout. The heavy clam shell guard on the bottom has a fine and untouched naval design which includes a shield, anchor, and other Naval Motifs. The original grip handle is made of Mother Of Pearl and fine twisted wire. The very decorated brass and gilted scabbard are very fine throughout. This Is A Very Fine, Early & Scarce 1830's Officers Eagle Head Navy Officers Sword That Is In Wonderful & Untouched Condition. It Would Be A Wonderful Addition To Any Early 1830's To Civil War Military Collection!
