13 inches overall, 9 inch blade, rich brown hand worn stag grip with silver escucheon, Blade is etched "Burke Sharpshooters" with floral motif, F M Hall on ricasso, "Georgia" etched on reverse side with floral motif, blade catcher knotch at quillion, Burke Sharpshooters was one of 2 companies raised in Burke county, Georgia, and served as a company in 2nd Georgia infantry, no sheath.
