INDIAN WARS U.S. MODEL 1860 STAFF & FIELD OFFICER’S SWORD BY BENT & BUSH, BOSTON, MASS. 35” o/a with 29” blade etched and engraved with patriotic motifs including a Federal Shield and a large “US”. Gilded brass hilt with folding counter guard. Sharkskin grip wrap and brass gilded retaining wire. Excellent overall with minor amounts of original gilding remaining.
