Parts Gun-58cal Model1863 Springfield Musket Contracted by E. Robinson N.Y. Civil War Black Powder

Description:
This piece is being sold for parts with NO RETURNS. Barrel has been cut off to carbine length. The lock is complete & works properly. It has both half & full cock. It will not fire however when in the rifle. I suspect the problem is in the trigger as it works beautifully when out of the stock.. No butt plate. The stock is solid but has an old repair around the lock. The bore is dark with thin rifling. Shipping is $25. This will be added to the purchase price. No add on fees for credit card.
