PRICE REDUCED >>>>This is an original 2nd run M1A1 paratrooper Inland Division stock. It is in excellent plus condition overall. Note that the left side of the stock hardly has any denting where the butt plate would hit the stock when folded. This stock obviously has never gone to war. It came off of a 6-45 dated Inland M1 rifle that had mostly M2 parts in it. The War in Europe was already over, and the War in the Pacific was only 1 month away from ending. Almost all of the rifles made by Inland at that time were M2 equipped. It is interesting to note that the stock has had the bridge removed and the M2 selector switch position recessed in the stock, all necessary to operate as a select fire weapon. This was done by various Military arsenals and Depots after WWII. ( see the pictures ) I have had several of these over the years, and most all were also in like new condition. Please see all of the pictures for your own grading of the stock. Hard to upgrade this one. Asking $1995. Thanks for looking.
