Mexican 1947 Mauser 7mm Action

Nor sure what model of Mexican military this action with bolt could be FN M24, or VZ12/33 carbine with the Mexican crest on the reciever ring. Reciever threads look goood and SN is 78814P with a numbered bolt of 73788P . Some blue on floorplate, and has trigger guard, trigger , etc as seen in photos .Action is stiff from dried oil or grease.
