Description:
This is a Japanese Type 14 stripped frame with trigger guard. It was made in January of 1938 (13.1) and has the early small trigger guard. There is no damage to the frame, and it could be used to assemble a complete pistol. It retains it's original rust blue finish which has patinaed to a pleasing blue/brown. The Japanese characters preceeding the serial number (43020) indicate that it was made at the Kokubunji factory of Nambu Ccuo Kogyo under the supervision of Nagoya Arsenal. This requires a FFL or Curio/Relic license for shipment.
