John Wilkes Precision 1/4 MOA Target Sight - no Mounting Bracket - BSA International? 1980's British Target Competition

I have a limited lot of BSA International - Martini action and associated parts to clear.

Here we have a John Wilkes Precision micrometer sight with attaching bar - no mounting bracket - unknown application, numbered D222 with 1/4 MOA windage and elevation adjustments and an ISO thread to PH thread adapter inserted for the eyepiece - eyepice not included.  The windage bridge is built with the dipoter "under".  No components missing - in working order - needs mounting bracket and diopter.
