OISEAU "TONNERRE" or "THUNDERBIRD" Model, a spectacular folder from this amazing French knifemaker. Damascus bolsters and genevrier wood, blade is 3-3/4" by 1". 100% handmade in France. He made his own machines. In a small workshop of barely 10 m², ( 107 square feet) next to his house, the 50-year-old forged his craftsmanship by making his own knives, from A to Z.
