ENEDINO DE LEON FOLDING KNIFE - 2.5 INCH BLADE

ENEDINO DE LEON - FOLDING HUNTER KNIFE   
TWO AND ONE-HALF INCH BLADE:

This offers for sale a “FOLDING HUNTER“ KNIFE with  two and one-half inch (2.5”) blade and scales of Cocoa Bolo wood, hand-made by Enedino De Leon in New / Unused Condition with canvas belt sheath.

(Note:  De Leon’s 2.5 inch and 6 inch blade Folding Knives were the rarest of his folding knife line.)

Enedino did not enjoy making folding knives as much as he enjoyed making straight knives.  Consequently, he made very few “Folding Hunter” knives, after he        departed from the Ralph Bone Knife Company in 1978 and established his own company, “De Leon Made Knives”.

Yet, De Leon’s catalog, “De Leon Made Knives” listed his Folding Hunter knife models, available with two and one-half inch, three inch, three and one-half inch and six inch blades with a choice of scale material.

The subject two and one-half inch blade “Folding Hunter” knife remains in new, unused  condition, is very rare and is among very few Models J “Folding Hunter” knives of such blade-length made by Enedino De Leon.

Note:  A fully documented and highly illustrated account of the custom knife making careers of Enedino De Leon and Ralph P Bone, along with Bone’s gun-making and Master Engraving career is provided in seller’s book “The Artistry Of Ralph P Bone”.

Now at age 85, Seller is liquidating his small collection of Ralph Bone and Enedino De Leon custom-made knives.
