Harold Corby's two flagship models "YENZER" Bowies is one-of-a-kind set that will never be reproduced. These are the exact reproduction of the Yenzer Bowie seen in THE GUN DIGEST BOOK OF KNIVES, 1973  without any engraving with a combination of Aircraft turbine metal and brass double guard( old style ) and MODERN HAMDMADE KNIVES OF TODAY, 1982 (new style) with German silver unique shaped double guard and matching German silver butt cap,  fancy deep relief file work on the knife's spine. Both knives have selected high-grade "A" female center cut elephant tusk ivory handle ( extreme beauty, stunning appearance and out-of-this-world visual effects) with astonishing color, raging from pink, off white, creme/beige and pure white in pristine condition as with any other knives I'm selling, no check or crack in the handles, while there are finger grips on the "new" style model). The  knives were made/completed in late May 2013 and were received on Thursday, June 6, 2013   These are the last two knives Corby was able to complete in 2013 ( In all he made 5 knives -my friend and I got them all). Comes with a superb quality hand-tooled basket weave leather scabbard by the maker made from the finest English bridle leather in natural color with a protective leather finsih to dispel water and a 3-page provenance letter detailing the making of this unique set. These are the finest "YENZER" Bowies Corby has ever made ( he stated that fact in the letter among others very important facts). I have always considered Harold Corby to be America's best-kept secret in the knife industry. He made the most gorgeous pieces that could ever be produced to these days.
