"Bill " Hurt Combat Bowie Fighter from 5160 tool steel stock, India Sambar stag handle, Germans ilver double guard with fancy file work, ivory plate butt cap with Germans ilver pins, brown leather wood -lined cabbard covered with fine African Kudu skin, adorned with a special fine leather throat and tip, this knife was cpmpleted in March 1999 and it is knife # 172 out of 251. Provenance letter, knife record sheet from Bill Hurt etc....... this is one of the only five knives that was presented to the ABS Board in order to get his Master Smith ranking. One of the five finest knives ever produced by Bill Hurt to be presented to the ABS Board of Directors in order to present the Bill Hurt's knives to get his Master Smith ranking-they are the most elaborate sheaths Bil ever did.
