Valmet / leather/padded, strap on cushion for Valmet RK62 / M62 7.62x39 . (recreated from admin as 102927380)

Description:
For sale: Rare, seldom if ever seen in US, Finish, genuine army surplus ( for RK62 / M62 )  stranp on rifle  cushion for sling carry across back or chest . This pad afforded more comfort for "sling carry"  while skiing over strenuous terrain. This was mainly issued to soldiers on skies, who need both hands free for ski poles.
 The leather is soft and pliable and in very good condition.
This pad enabled sling to be adjusted tighter , without discomfort , to hold rifle more securely across the back or chest.

This pad will not work well with M76 models with 30rd 5.56 mags as these mags are shaped differently. It is designed to fit the RK62 with its more curved 7.62x39 , 30rd magazine.
I have modeled the pad with an M76 (.223) rifle BUT with an RK62 Finish surpluss mag " barely" resting in mag well ; for demonstration purposes because I didn't want to dig out an M62 out of the safe.
An RK62 mag, fully inserted in mag well will fit pad perfectly.

Three day inspection and may be returned if missrepresented, not as described or damaged, only.
Returns must be in exact same condition as shipped. Return shipping must be same ( USPS Priority Mail) method, with insurance and at buyer's
