VINTAGE REDFIELD WIDEFIELD 3-9 VARIABLE SCOPE in BOX with Papers.
Description:
Vintage Redfield Widefield 3-9 power riflescope with box and papers, used but very nice condition. I got this scope mounted on a minty Belgian Browning BAR Grade II in 270 Winchester. I sold the BAR to a friend years ago who already had a scope to mount on it. The original owner had the Redfield scope box that he said it came in. I'm not sure that it is the original box or not because the number doesn't match. The description on the box does match the scope perfectly. This is a Widefield scope with a duplex reticle. The optics are bright and clear. The power adjustment works properly but is stiff. It probably has not been used in at least 25 years.
The scope is in great shape and has only a few light ring marks that are shown in the photos. If you have a nice vintage rifle that needs a gloss black scope to complete it, this may be just what you are looking for.
