An Early & Desirable Civil War "Colt's Patent" Marked Original Powder Flask With A Sloping Charger For A Colt Model 1851 Navy Revolver In Nice Untouched Condition. All original & complete. The flask has a fine body with tight seams. It has fine "COLTS PATENT" markings along with fine military motifs on it which include  a "Cannon, Flags, Anchors, Crossed Rifles, & Crossed Pistols". The entire flask retains its darkened lacquer finish throughout it. It has its correct slopping charger on it and the spring works properly. The flask measure 6 3/4 inches tall and 3 inches at its widest point.
