The flask has fine military motifs on both sides which include, "An Eagle & Shield, A Cannon, Anchor, Crossed Pistols", Etc. The flask has excellent original dark brown lacquer throughout it. The original top with sloping charger is fine plus throughout. The original spring retains its factory fire blue on it. The flask works perfectly. It measures 6 3/4 inches long and is 2 3/4 inches wide at the largest point at the bottom.
