This is a vintage solid 18k gold Omega Trench Full Hunter Officers Watch. 100% original, except crystal. IMPECCABLE white porcelain original dial. The collector I purchased from swore it's not conversion. I have my doubts. Even so, an amazing 100+ year old incredible manual wind, running watch. The last photo is the previous owners tale. 34.5 mm case. Case is marked ALD. Which is a Dennison case. Highly regarded by collectors.
