This blank would make a great shotgun butt stock with matching forearm. Our skilled craftsmen lay out each stock with the pistol grip/wrist to have straighter grain for strength, and we lay out the butt stock to show the fancy grain. These stocks have air dried in our barn for 5-10 years. Current moisture is 8-10%
