SN: 63L9589. Made in 1944. .303 British with a 25.2"" barrel. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Rare Canadian made Long Branch rifle that was sent to the British military as part of the English war effort thus was subject to the British inspectorate which can be noted by the British proof marks on the left side of the wrist, top of the receiver, and on top of the barrel. Rifle is numbers matching with the exception of a replaced follower in the magazine. The finish is in very good condition with with light handling wear. Stock has a repair at the heel and has been lightly refurbished and is in very good condition. Action functions properly. Overall very good condition.
