Hopatcong Charity Hike

Saturday May 10th, 7am - 11am Please join us at the Hudson Farm grounds for Hopatcong's annual charity hike. The hike is free, open to everyone, and ends with a free lunch! No registration necessary. The Charity Hike for Hopatcong is hosted by Hudson Farm to benefit local organizations, as well as provide an opportunity for our community to gather together and hike a beautiful 3.5 miles through the historic grounds of Hudson Farm. Registration in advance is not required , but will be open from 7am on the day. Hikers may enter the trail between 7am and 11am. The Hudson Farm Foundation will donate $1 per year of age of each hiker, in which you can choose to donate the money to benefit one of these local charities: Hopatcong Ambulance Squad Hopatcong Fire Department and Community Emergency Respond Team Hopatcong PBA Local 140 and Police Explorers Hopatcong Community Garden Scouts of Hopatcong Lake Hopatcong Foundation Friends of the E. Louise Childs Library Project Graduation Hopatcong PTOs and Youth Sports Organizations Sussex County Technical School PTA PLEASE NOTE: The hike is on a mountainous trail and not on paved roads. Please use discretion with younger children and senior citizens. Adults must accompany children under 12 for the duration of the hike. This event is open to all, not just Hopatcong residents. At the end of the hike, visit the Griffin & Howe Showroom to see our latest offerings, and join us in the Crow's Nest events center for lunch and souvenir gift compliments of the Hudson Farm Club.
