We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. This is a late model pocket pistol chambered in 25 ACP and made from 1965-1967 as can be identified by the ring on the bottom of the magazine which would hold a spare cartridge to be slipped directly into the chamber is this is a tip up barrel gun similar in function to the Beretta 950 ans 21A models.
