Sights/Optics: The front sight is a short blade integral to the front of the slide. The rear sight is a “v” notched base dovetailed into the slide.
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is very good.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The pistol has a frame-mounted safety that can also act as a slide stop. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
The M1935 is a single-action semi-automatic blowback pistol that fires .32 ACP ammunition. It is constructed from carbon steel with plastic grips and is equipped with a frame safety that also acts as a take down lever and slide hold open. When the last shot has been fired the slide is retained open by the empty magazine and must be held open manually by the safety lever to reload the pistol. The magazine capacity is 8 rounds. As this pistol was built for the Italian army, all parts were interchangeable, which simplified maintenance and manufacturing: a first for Italian automatic service pistols. it was also sold to the civilian market and issued to the German forces in 1944 and 1945.

Layaway Terms: We offer layaway on most items for a 90-day period. The terms require a minimum down payment of 15% at the time of set up with no required payment plan for the remaining balance. Remaining payments are at the buyer’s discretion, but the full payment amount must be completed by the 90th day. If the buyer chooses to cancel a layaway, the buyer will incur a $50 restocking fee.
California Sales
We are enrolled in the California CFLC system and will ship qualifying firearms to any eligible FFL in California.
Steps: Contact your local gun shop and have them email us a copy of their FFL and California Code Number to:

Handguns cost: $50.00 for Shipping 2nd Day Priority Mail
Ammunition and Parts Costs vary, please inquire for estimated shipping costs based on destination, package weight and size.

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment and FFL. But please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process and ship your order.
Cancellations – Firearm(s) cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value.
3-day Inspection/ Return Policy
The 3-day inspection period Is for defects and to make sure the gun received is the gun ordered. If there is a manufacturing defect with the firearm, please notify us immediately so that we can do our best to remedy the issue in a timely manner. After a gun has been transferred to the customer, all issues must be handled through the manufacturer.
