Here offered is a high condition / 100% original Smith & Wesson Model 19-1 .357 Magnum target revolver.  Serial Number K458402 appears on the butt and on the inside of the frame at the crane cut. MOD 19-1 also appears there. The recoil shield and ejector rod show evidence a fair amount amount of firing.  There is a distinct cylinder drag line as is typical of S&Ws that have been fired some,  The bore is bright and shiny. The finish is very excellent with the only wear being muzzle wear on both sides. Timing and lock-up are as they should be.  All markings are clear, sharp, and uniform. At some point in its life, some red highlight (nail polish, maybe) was applied to the rear serrated upslope of the ramp front sight.  Wonderfully cared for for 66 years, this handsome revolver will not disappoint!
