BRILLIANT ORIGINAL COLT 1911 .38 SUPER .38 AUTOMATIC PISTOL CIRCA 1955. Serial number "117XXX". .38 Super Auto caliber. All matching and original. 98% original factory blue finish with balance at muzzle from holster wear. Mint Colt "Coltwood" checkered brown composition grips. Mint original barrel and bore unfired. Original magazine with base marked “COLT/SUPER 38/AUTO”. Correct brilliant polished blue on flat parts mixed with matte finish on rounded or contoured parts. Looks almost new. Extra nice example. Unturned screws. No wear on inside either or sign of use. Prime example.
