The high-tang beavertail allows you a high grip, which means a lower bore axis, which gives you less recoil and a more controlled grip. The manual thumb safety is ambidextrous. The trigger is smooth and breaks in incredibly fast. On the Scorpion, the pistol is finished in flat dark earth and has black anodized controls. The Hogue® G10 grips give you excellent texture and control. It's hard to beat anything based around a 1911. They are classic, elegant pistols.
