Description:
The Stoeger STR-9 is an affordable handgun chambered in the popular 9mm Luger/Parabellum. The pistol borrows much of its design from the proven Glock Gen 3 pistols and makes small but noticeable changes. The slide features deep cocking serrations on both the front and rear of the slide, the trigger has a pseudo-flat face for more even leverage, the grip features three finger grooves, and the magazine is made of steel. The frame features a picatinny underbarrel accessory rail for adding a weaponlight or laser aiming unit. This pistol is an upgraded STR-9S Combat in refurbished condition; the pistol is near-new and passes quality control from the manufacturer. The STR-9S Combat has a 4.6" threaded barrel for attaching various muzzle devices or a suppressor and includes three extended 20-round magazines. The gun also has an enlarged magwell installed to help decrease reload times. The pistol has suppressor-height sights with an adjustable rear sight and both the front and rear sights are equipped with high-visibility green fiber optic pipes. The slide is also optics-ready and includes four optic adapter plates for Trijicon RMR/SRO, Vortex/Docter/Burris, Leupold/Eotech/Romeo1, and C-More footprints. The STR-9S Combat also includes additional backstraps for further customization and fitment. All the features of this pistol would make it an excellent option for anyone aspiring to start competitive action pistol shooting, or as a training or backup pistol for experienced shooters!
