"Made circa 1820. 65 caliber bores with 12" barrels. These are absolutely beautiful set of flintlock pistols. These guns are English made guns for the middle eastern market. They are certainly the finest quality. The barrels are blued and have 80% plus of the original blue. The barrels are beautifully gilded with scrolls designs and military themes. The tang is intricately engraved. Both the trigger guard and butt caps are silver hall marked. Both the trigger guards and butt caps are relief casts with crossed cannons and other military designs. The stocks are superb with intricate silver wire inlays. The ramrods are original to the guns with ivory tips. These are about as deluxe pair as you will find. This is an absolutely fantastic pair of flintlocks!
