Model 1836 Asa Waters Flintlock Pistol

Description:
Model 1836 A Waters Flintlock Pistol dated 1838. Original Flintlock, pistol is in untouched condition. 54 caliber smoothbore. 8.5” round barrel. Barrel is marked US and JH near breech end. Action functions nicely. Two very nice cartouches are still present. Overall metal condition is a gray / brown patina with small light pitting in areas. Stock is in good condition showing normal handling marks you would expect to see from a gun this old. All in all a great example of Flintlock Pistol used during the Mexican War. Antique and can be shipped directly to your doorsteps. Sold as a collectors item only and is not warranted safe to shoot. Please feel free to ask questions.
