This is an 8 5/8” barrel with a captive rammer 54 cal. smooth bore flintlock pistol and the lock is marked U.S.\S. North and 1828 date on the rear of the lock. The barrel is marked US, AH and P within a recessed starburst. On the left side there is a belt hook and a cartouche above the belt hook. This is an original Flintlock pistol with a very good smooth bore and mechanical function.
