Description:
SOLD. This is an American Arms Co. Double Barrel pistol, manufactured in the late 1860's or 1870's. It is superposed with a .32 Rim Fire barrel over a .22rf barrel. The barrels are opened and extended forward to load or unload and then secured by rotating back into place. Then turned to fire each one. This model was not a gimmick. At the time in many areas of the country cartridges of any kind were scarce. This pistol provided the opportunity for using which ever caliber one could find. Grips are clean and sharp. This gun works perfectly and needs nothing. Please email any questions. Sold as a collector's item only. It is a BLACK POWDER GUN! Have checked by a competent gunsmith prior to any contemplated firing. Buyer states it is legal foe him to receive and possess. Trades possible!
