Original U.S. WWI Remington Mark III Flare Signal Pistol circa 1915-1918


Description:
With a serial #9462, 10 ga., 9” barrel with a very good bore that has a few scattered spots of light oxidation. The barrel, hammer, and trigger retain 95% original thinning blue with overall light handling marks and a spot of fine pinprick pitting along the left side. The brass frame retains a bright goldenrod tone with dulled spots along the gripstraps. There are scattered light handling marks and numerous shallow dings along the underside of the frame. The smooth walnut grips show light flaking in the finish and a few minor handling marks. Overall a fine example with lots of finish remaining,and a part of ur U.S. history.Check with your city and state rules before buying. thanks.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith  before  shooting.
