"Spanish Miguelet Flintlock Pistol .60 Cal (AH6706)

Description:
"

Spanish Flintlock pistol with a 2.5"" two stage barrel. There are silver inlays on octagonal portion of the barrel. The front stage of the barrel has a cannon muzzle. The Cock is in the form of a dogs head with floral engraving on the neck. The trigger guard bow has an engraved sunburst. The stock retains 90% of old varnish and the grip checkering is very good on the right side with some dents on the left side. Has original steel ramrod. The backstrap has has floral engraving en suite with the barrel. Very well made miguelet in very good condition. Circa 1725-1750.
