Rock & Co. Percussion Fowling Gun, 10 Gauge Circa 1845–1860, London – No Serial Number (Antique)
Specifications:

• Barrel: 34" part-octagon to round, fine laminated Damascus with vivid pattern, single brass bead
• Action: Back-action percussion lock, signed “ROCK & CO” in banner
• Stock: Oil-finished checkered walnut wrist and fore-end, German silver fore-end tip and wedge escutcheons, vacant German silver oval on wrist
• Furniture: Iron trigger guard and crescent butt plate, ebony ramrod with German silver fittings and worm

• Condition:Very good as attic-found and untouched – honest dark patina and light oxidation on iron surfaces, excellent Damascus pattern, stock with only minor handling marks and old bruises, no cracks or repairs
