Just arrived is this very scarce & quite decorative reproduction Horse pistol in .54cal. It is 16in. long overall and has not been used very much as it was used primarily as a display item. It is fairly heavy havng a faux Bone/Ivory constuction and very nicely sculpted. There is no makers name I can find. Apparently Spanish as on the side plated is engraved " Castle de Calahorra". I have seen many hundreds of large percussion/flintlock pistols but NONE as attractive as this beauty. Patina has not been disturbed. The barrel is plum browned and the lock is engraved in period fashion w/ Brass furnishings. Bore is excellent having no blems. S&H=$25.00 ConUSA
