Inv. 6708 Colt Officer's Model Match, Cal. .22 LR, Ser. 801149.
This 1961 manufacured gun and was the best target pistol that Colt made in 1961. It was also the predecessor of the now famous "Snake Series". This gun has retained 99% of the original high polish factory blue. The only loss, and that is very minimal is at muzzle and some very slight sharp edge silvering. There are no scratches,pin pricks or rub marks to be found. Of course there are the usual hairline cylinder drag ring. The deluxe walnut checkered grips would be factory new if not for one flattened points and 3 very tiny nicks of their front edge. The grip screw and sight screws have never seen a screw driver. The barrel is minty like the rest of the gun . The bore is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. In a collection or on the firing line this gun will bring a lot of pleasure...... $960 OBO..
