The 92FS Brigadier is a higher durability, lower recoil version of Beretta's renowned 92 and M9 series handguns. The slide has been upgraded with a heavier profile to cut down on recoil and muzzle rise, which also gives the 92FS Brigadier better durability. To cut down on recoil even further, the 92FS Brigadier is outfitted with soft rubber Hogue wrap around grips with finger grooves. Description:
The 92FS Brigadier is a higher durability, lower recoil version of Beretta's renowned 92 and M9 series handguns. The slide has been upgraded with a heavier profile to cut down on recoil and muzzle rise, which also gives the 92FS Brigadier better durability. To cut down on recoil even further, the 92FS Brigadier is outfitted with soft rubber Hogue wrap around grips with finger grooves. Like previous iterations of the 92, the 92FS Brigadier features an open slide design which virtually eliminates stove-piping and allows the user to load and chamber one cartridge at a time should the magazine be lost or damaged. The 92FS Brigadier utilizes a visible automatic firing pin block, where front part of the firing pin is blocked from any forward movement until the trigger is pulled completely back. The block is located rearward, far away from the fouling and debris of the breech face. Since the block is visible, the user may ascertain its proper operation at any time. Even if the pistol falls and strikes the ground muzzle down, the firing pin will not strike the primer. To enhance safety even further, the 92FS Brigadier features an ambidextrous safety lever, which is easily accessible by the thumb of a right or left handed shooter, and is spring loaded so it’s either positively ‘on’ or ‘off’ . The safety lever also functions as the pistol’s decocking lever. When pushed down, the rear part of the firing pin (striker) is rotated out of alignment with the front part of the firing pin. Additional hammer drop catch (half-cock notch prevents striking of the firing pin unit) in the remote chance of unintentional hammer drop.

However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)

$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.

Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
- All Canceled firearm transactions will be refunded to store credit or face a 15% restocking and associated credit card fee. Firearms NOT taken into the possession of the owner after 30 days will forfeit the gun and money back in the form of store credit.
