The Beretta M9 Rimfire is a licensed rimfire version of the Beretta M9 military pistol made in Germany by Umarex—another company famous for its numerous products made for various brands, including Heckler & Koch (HK), Walther (its parent company), and various BB/airsoft/pellet guns. Built at a 1:1 scale with its 9mm counterpart, the M9 Rimfire looks and feels just like the full-size caliber pistol, but at a much cheaper cost of ammunition. The pistol is a double/single-action hammer-fired pistol with a slide-mounted safety lever which doubles as a decocker. The M9 Rimfire includes a second front sight, which can be swapped with the installed one for adjustments based on range and ammunition.
